We’re all ears, when it comes to creating your next amazing experience! This is teamed with our knowledge of the travel industry and world, along with firsthand knowledge from our own travels and client feedback. We are constantly expanding our knowledge and experience to ensure we work with you to design an itinerary that gives you an unforgettable holiday!

Michelle Barker – Managing Director

Michelle left school to start a traineeship at Newcastle Travel over 12 years ago and has absolutely loved the industry so much, that’s she’s never considered anything else. She has been at the helm as Managing Director of Jayes Travel for now over 8 years but it’s not just a business to Michelle, it’s about providing an environment to help clients have that amazing experience, and to create memories to last a lifetime.

To Michelle, it’s not necessarily always the ‘how to get there’ (that’s definitely part of it) but it’s the experiences you can have once you arrive that gives you those ‘wow’ moments you will want to tell all your friends and family about!  She’s travelled to all corners of the globe, but Africa will always be her favourite destination. Along with Africa – India, Turkey and the USA are also in her top destinations around the world.
